General

– Check if the plug is inserted into the battery connector

Vacuum 40

– Check if the suction hose is disconnected, broken or clogged.
– The suction power is low, not able to suck dust.
– Bad connection between suction hose and dust bag, or unknown objects leading to clog.
– The roller brushes have not been cleaned for a long time, and there are hairs or something like that on it, which affects cleaning performance.
– The roller brushes are too high to clean, which needs to be reconfigured.
– Too many big particles on the ground, which is difficult to clean at once.

– Make sure nothing is stuck in the side brushes or roller brushes.
– Make sure no interference among roller brushes, side brushes and the machine body.
– Confirm where the sound comes from and send feedback to the technical support team.

-Check if the power supply of the peristaltic pump is normal by using multimeter.
-Check if the peristaltic pump is functioning.

-Remove the backpack shell to check whether the water pipe connector leaks
-Check backpack disinfectant tank cracked or not.

Scrubber 50

-Check if the filteration function is switched on in the App.
-Check if the float switch of sewage tank is stuck, resulting in failure to trigger filtration.
-Check if it is too dirty or damaged to be used.
-Check if the water pipe is bent.
-Check if the filter parts are dirty or wrong in order.
-Check if the filter pump is damaged, leaking, or the power connector is burned.

-Check if clean water is added to the solution tank.
-Check if the water spray button of the tablet is turned on or whether the water volume setting is correct.
-Check if the magnetic valve is the cause.
-Check if there are bent or squeezed water pipes in the entire waterway-Problems with the pump itself.

-Check if the cleaning mode turns off the squeegee.
– Check if the state of motor push rod extension is normal: no extension, part of the extension, complete extension.
-Check if the wire cable is broken or the buckle falls off and cannot be pulled up.
-Check if the motor is faulty and cannot work normally – contact engineers.

-Check if the rubber strip is too close to the ground.
-Check if there’s too little or no water spray.
-Check if the wheel is damaged and needs to be replaced.
-Check if the screws of the water absorption raking are loose.

-Check if dirt adheres to the rubber strip.
-Check if the rubber strip is installed in place.
-Check if the height of the rear caster is adjusted in place.

– Check if the squeegee is properly installed.
– Check if the castors are properly adjusted.
– Check if any trash is stick on the squeegee.

– Check if there is any air leakage from suction hose.
– Check if the suction hose get clogged.
– Check if the suction power is at right level.
– Check if the recovery hose is clogged.

– Check if there is water in the clean tank.
– Check if water spray is activated.
– Check if the water hose is bent or squeezed.
– Check if the water outlet is dirty and blocked.

– Check if the filtration function is switched on in the App.
– Check if the filter is maintained properly.
– Check if the filter parts are placed under the right order.

landmark point ( within 2 meters).
